COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED & ANSWERED IN THE ALL STAR TEAM COMMUNITY
- I just got asked by a client to do a multifamily drive-by on a 2055 form for an in-house loan. I’ve never heard of a multifamily being done on this form, so I declined the order. Has anyone else run into this or actually completed one? I really hate turning down work, but this one didn’t seem right. Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences.
- I currently have four VAs in the Philippines who are absolutely vital to my business. I pay them between $5–$8 per hour, with rates based mostly on seniority and their knowledge of our profession. For those of you who also work with offshore VAs, does this sound in line with fair/competitive pay, or is it on the lower side? I want to make sure I’m compensating them appropriately while also keeping the business sustainable.
