- Anyone have a residential report-writing services that they use? I used to use ieImpact a long time ago, but I think they went out of business. Got a recent email from Backbone Data Solutions, but I never heard of them.
- Whisper Flow: does it work with Total alamode?
- I've had four clients this week, estate/divorce not mortgage, want an "update letter or report" on an appraisal done within the previous 12 months. For the 1st two I just did a new report on the GP form, with no new interior inspection, drive by front photo and statement from them that there have been no changes. There has to be a simpler way. There are a couple update forms in total and this would lend itself nicely to a 2 pager narrative. What are you using?
