- I'm working hard to get up to speed on True Tracts. Is it just me or is this really difficult to learn? I get up to a point where you have a couple of hundred properties, but It is very unclear how to get it down to the six I need for the appraisal. Do I just pick the comps the same way we always have? And I'm still not sure where the True Tract adjustments are. Is it the blue bar graphs?
- Not sure if this is where this question belongs- I was briefly made aware of a software that was not at the conference. It is called ValueMate. Supposedly according to their website they integrate AI technology with the current forms and will have LiDar scanning soon. I have a demo scheduled for next Monday but was wondering if anyone has heard of them and had any thoughts.
