The Secret to Wealth Is NOT a Bigger Appraisal Office
Tuesday, November 18th @ 10:30am MT
The world of work — and wealth — is being rewritten in real time. For generations, success followed a predictable formula: get an education, find a steady job, work for decades, and retire comfortably. That old paradigm no longer holds. In the age of AI, robotics, and blockchain, disruption is accelerating, and the opportunities (and risks) are unlike anything we’ve seen before.

COMMON QUESTIONS ASKED & ANSWERED IN THE ALL STAR TEAM COMMUNITY
- Does anyone have a checklist of items they go through before a final report is turned into the client they would be willing to share?
- So I’m curious: from a first-principles perspective, how do you decide when it’s time to bring someone on—even if the opportunity wasn’t something you were actively seeking out?
- I just got asked by a client to do a multifamily drive-by on a 2055 form for an in-house loan. I’ve never heard of a multifamily being done on this form, so I declined the order. Has anyone else run into this or actually completed one? I really hate turning down work, but this one didn’t seem right. Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences.
